Imperial Builders LLC. is a Class "A" general contracting company that came highly recommended to us around seven years ago. During these past years we have contracted with the company approximately 50 different projects to include tenant build outs, building repairs, maintenance, roofing installation, fire restoration and structural repairs. The company is responsive, professional and honest. They do excellent work and the pricing is competitive and fair. We very much value Imperial Builders and would highly recommend!

We first hired Imperial Builders in 2017 to expand my existing house. We added over 1000 SF which included a first floor handicap accessible bedroom, en suite, an expanded laundry room and doubled the master bedroom with en suite. We also added a large family room on the first floor. This was a major job and it was completed on time, on budget and done well in all respects. In 2018 I hired Imperial Builders to install siding, windows and roofing on my daughter's house. Again, the job was done with excellent craftsmanship. Then in 2020, I had Imperial Builders renovate a bathroom in my daughter's house. All work is well done and on time. For my money you cannot do better than Imperial Builders!

We were in need of repairs to our entrances and found Imperial Builders to have the most reasonable solutions for repairing the decaying floor and foundations. We were able to replace entrance doors, framework and flooring with confidence in the abilities of the workers that were on site. They kept the worksite clean and orderly. They went above our expectations when finding more underlying damage with a thorough explaination of the work and the costs involved. I would not hesitate to seek them out for any work needed. You will not find a better company to perform work on your property.
